Codronic is an owner-managed engineering and development office serving clients in the mechanical engineering industry. The company’s founder and managing director, Michael Mader, deliberately chose Friedberg near Augsburg as its location. The Augsburg region is home to numerous mechanical engineering and mechatronics companies — right in the heart of the Southern German mechatronics cluster. Using agile methods, the team develops high-tech solutions for renowned customers.
The Codronic team led by Mader now draws on nearly 20 years of experience and steady growth. “An engineering office that thinks in product life cycles, embraces internationalization, and maintains a business-oriented perspective is often the all-round booster for a company’s own development capabilities,” says Mader.
